COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX)- The Texas A&M football team held their 11th practice of the Spring Saturday. They are a week out from the Maroon and White game.
Head coach Jimbo Fisher says they've been working on developing the younger players. They've also been focusing on situational work and clock management.
"We had some things out there we did well today managing the clock like running the last four minutes of the clock out getting a stop all those type things, but not good enough. We need to do that we need to keep working it that's how you win games, the situational football. You know whether it's third down, whether it's four minutes on the clock, two minutes on the clock, one minute you know two point play whatever you gotta do so we gotta keep getting better in that," said Jimbo Fisher, the Texas A&M head football coach.
The spring game will be played on April 13 at 1 p.m.
