College Station ends regular season with loss to Magnolia West

MAGNOLIA, Texas -- The College Station football team lost to Magnolia West 27-21 Friday night in a District 8-5A Division I game at Mustang Stadium. It was the final regular season game for both teams.

College Station quarterback Brandon Williams threw two touchdown passes and ran for a touchdown. The Cougars finished the regular season with an 8-2 record.

College Station will open postseason play November 16 against Mesquite Poteet at Mesquite Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. The Cougars won the Class 5A Division II State Championship in 2017.
