COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Good news from Admon Gilder on Twitter this afternoon.
I want to thank everyone for their encouraging words, prayers, and overall support in my time of discomfort. It's been a long journey dealing with my health and being away from the game I love. However, my doctor was able to tell me I am now able to resume my basketball career. pic.twitter.com/1GYTWXgYnU— Admon Gilder (@hph_lilmon) April 7, 2019
The Aggie basketball great tweeted that he has medical clearance to resume his basketball career after missing the entire 2018-2019 season with a blood clot.
No word yet if he'll return to A&M, transfer somewhere else, or try his hand at playing pro basketball.
Gilder averaged 10.8 points per game in his three seasons as an Aggie.
