BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- Sunday night Texas A&M guard Admon Gilder announced on this twitter feed that he had been granted another year of college basketball eligibility after a blood clot kept him sidelined for his senior season.

Fox Sports One College Basketball Insider Evan Daniels is reporting Tuesday that Gilder is listed in the NCAA College Basketball Transfer Portal and could be headed elsewhere to wrap up his college basketball career.

While Gilder could remain at A&M, being in the transfer portal allows him to explore his options nationally.

During his playing career for the Aggies he averaged 11 points, 3 assist and 3 rebounds during three seasons in the maroon and white.
