Highland Park upends A&M Consolidated in Team Tennis State Semifinals 10-1

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- For the second year in a row the Highland Park Scots ended A&M Consolidated's Team Tennis run in the Class 5A State Semifinals Thursday morning with a 10-1 decision on the Omar Smith Intramural Tennis Courts on the Texas A&M Campus.

The Tigers lone victory on the day came at number 1 doubles where Joey Tindall and Henning Schade picked up a 5-7, 6-1, 10-5 win according to the University Interscholastic League.

This was the 5th consecutive year A&M Consolidated has advanced to state in Team Tennis.
