Nearly 50 Brazos Valley high school seniors announce collegiate athletic plans

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- Nearly 50 Brazos Valley High School seniors announced where they are going to continue their athletic careers. A trio at Bryan High with a pair of football players. Angel Quiroga going to Arkansas Monticello and Colton Campbell a preferred walk-on at Lamar. Wednesday afternoon soccer standout Ryka Shea signing with Stephen F. Austin she's going to major in Nutrition and Kinesiology.

College Station with a dozen signings. The 5A Division Two State Champions with 7 football players headed to the next level.
Quarterback Marquez Perez is headed to Tulsa, with Jeremiah Williams and Jaelin Campbell going to Incarnate Word. Harrison Wellman is headed to Baltimore to attend Johns Hopkins.

There are three Junior College signees with Quandree White and Marquise Conchola going to Tyler Junior College and Day Day Anderson going to Cisco.

Five soccer players will continue their athletic careers at the next level with Hailey Daniel going to the University of Cumberland , Kate Hinkley the University of Utah and Haley Wilton to Mary Hardin Baylor.

Mitchell Cashion is Tulsa bound while Collin Riechman is going to West Point.

Nine A&M Consolidated Tigers announcing their attentions this afternoon. A trio of track athletes with Levi Alexander going to Texas A&M while Luke Henderson are going to Lubbock Christian and Clayton Stuart going to Arkansas State.

Like Alexander, Peter Simmons is staying close to home and joining Jay Holmes Aggie Swim team.

Josh Roselius inked his letter of intent with the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor tennis.

Lee Fedora will see four more of his players join Kolby Peel by advancing their careers. Tre Newton is going to Texas College with Aaron Campbell-Love bound for Belton and Mary Hardin Baylor.

Both Devarion Guyton and Trevor Williams are headed down highway 30 to Sam Houston State to play for K.C. Keeler.

Brenham High will see four players move on. Treveon Johnson is headed to SMU, while Shannon Lambert will play for Mary Hardin Baylor and Eryk Preston and Devin Bennett will continue to be teammates at Navarro Junior College.

Caldwell running back Dominique Chambers is headed to Cisco Junior College.

Kyle Hardee at Centerville High School will see a trio of players move on. Running back Brandon Madison will stay close to home and play for Blinn. Daniel Byrd is headed to Arkansas Monticello and Zac Reyes is going to East Texas Baptist.

Huntsville High School will see five Hornets take their talents to the next level. Evan del Rio is going to run Cross Country at Mississippi College, while Amad Murray will play football at Stephen F. Austin. Texas A&M Commerce welcomes Nathan Shirley. Dedric O'Bryant is going to Henderson State and Jordan Baker will be a preferred walk-on at Incarnate Word.

Navasota's Quantavius Moore is headed to the New Mexico Military Institute.

Lovelady's DaMario Mattingly has signed with Northwest Oklahoma State.

Lexington's Jaden Tucker is headed to Friends University

Jeff Kasowski and the Bremond Tigers will follow Jared Stellbauer at Texas Lutheran next season, while Kaidyn Peralez is going to Howard Payne. Kellan Stuard is bound for Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton and Michael Pruitt signs with East Texas Baptist.

Class 3A Division I State Champion Rockdale saw three seniors sign scholarships this afternoon with Torry Locklin bound for the University of Kansas. Tyler Lehmkuhl signed with Angelo State and Dylan David with Cisco Junior College.

Milano's Kyle King will continue his football career at Howard Payne.

There are several players that hadn't made up their mind on where to go and will make their decisions in the coming days.
