COLLEGE STATION, Texas – A&M Consolidated wide receiver Devin Price announced on Saturday his commitment to Texas A&M. He will be a part of the Aggies 2020 recruiting class. Price was also considering the University of Arizona.
In his junior season at A&M Consolidated Price had 46 receptions for 799 yards and 14 touchdowns.
His dad Terry is the Defensive Ends coach at Texas A&M and played for the Aggies from 1986-1989. Price says he was able to lean on his dad as he made this big decision. "I talked to him a lot about the recruiting process. He has helped me since my sophomore year, he has helped me a bunch." Price added, "He made it very easy for me and he was just a big help to me."
Playing at Texas A&M will give Price a chance to stay close to his family which was important to him. Price plans to sign his letter of intent in December.
