Starkel says he's 'headed for the hills' to play at Arkansas

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- Back in January Texas A&M sophomore quarterback Nick Starkel announced that he was transferring from Texas A&M to wrap up his college football career.

Tonight Starkel tweeted out he was heading to Arkansas with an A&M undergraduate degree in hand and would finish up his college football career in Fayetteville with Chad Morris.

In his two seasons in Aggieland Starkel appeared in 11 games throwing 15 touchdowns. He established an A&M Bowl record throwing for 499 yards and four touchdowns in the Aggies 2017 Belk Bowl loss to Wake Forest 55-52.
