DOBBIN A second woman has died and a baby boy remains in critical condition after an explosion in the town of Dobbin in Montgomery County.

Montgomery County Fire Marshals say Lena Mock Knight, 65 years old, died at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston Saturday.

55-year-old Jennifer Mock died as a result of injuries sustained in the explosion Thursday, according to investigators.

Wyatt Smith, Jennifer's 8 month old grandson, is recovering from severe burns and head trauma at the UTMB Burn Unit in Galveston.

Investigators say all three were in a house in Dobbin when it exploded Tuesday, June 11. Fire marshals say their initial investigation showed a propane tank was leaking in the house, and they believe the explosion happened when one of the women lit a stove.

People who were nearby pulled the three victims out of the debris, and cared for them until first responders arrived. Knight, Mock and Wyatt were airlifted to Houston-area hospitals.

Fire marshal's say the investigation into the explosion could continue for several weeks.
