Bush Library & Museum unveils new dining experience

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Enjoy a delicious meal while exploring history at the George Bush Presidential Library & Museum.

Daisy’s Cafe is located Inside the new 4141 Locomotive Pavilion and features a breakfast and lunch menu.

There are also items for those with specific allergies.

Daisy’s menu was crafted by College Station Chef Tai Lee and his staff, and even features dishes from Barbara Bush’s cookbook.

Chef Logan Burke says it was an honor to be asked to help open a restaurant inside of the Bush Library & Museum.

“We do have a couple of restaurants in town, but this one was a little different. We wanted to really showcase not only the entire Bush family’s legacy, but a little of what we can do as well,” says Burke.
